Experienced in coordinating creative resources and delivering creative projects you are looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to make a positive impact. That is what this Project Officer role with the Youth Sport Trust can offer you.

We are an independent charity devoted to changing young people’s lives through PE and sport. Join us and you will develop your expertise coordinating creative resources, delivering projects and overseeing partner relationships.

As Project Officer you will oversee a range of design, print and production projects for internal and external customers. This will involve ensuring activities are sufficiently resourced, maintaining quality control and ethical product sourcing as well as managing stakeholder reporting. You will negotiate schedules, prioritise activities and work to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and set standards too. You will also ensure the consistent use of house styles and corporate identities. Important will be the ability to deliver maximum value for money for the organisation and its clients.

You must have experience of supporting and managing projects as well as of co-ordinating work with external partners, such as graphic designers, web developers, instructional designers and printers.

Customer focused, you will be comfortable coordinating multiple projects and building effective relationships. A Proficient user of MS Office, you will have an eye for detail and experience of using business systems. You must also work well as part of a team, respond quickly to changing priorities and be able to communicate effectively.
