Do you have a passion for understanding an audience and listening to a community? Do you love the combination of analytical and creative working to devise campaigns with impact? Are you passionate about the World's leading travel, restaurant and bar destinations?

Working into a Head of Campaigns you will join a dynamic Audience Team responsible for community management, gathering community insights, running paid campaigns and using your knowledge of the community to create engaging content and activation ideas.

Specialist Skillset:


+ Passionate about understanding an audience using social listening, influencer tracking and reporting tools and build insights
+ Confident in implementing effective amplification campaigns (paid social specifically), monitoring and optimising for success
+ With a laser focus on KPIs, you are able to advise on a host of social tactics (content formats, ad formats, targeting, influencer engagement) to meet specific business/marketing objectives
+ You are experienced in planning and creating content in line with client objectives and channel and industry trends
+ Excellent understanding of Social Media tracking methodologies and techniques - your findings motivate you to recommend and make changes and you have great campaign reporting skills
+ Your approach to Community Management is not admin-focused but insight-focused. You seek to understand and engage with the community to improve your campaign recommendations
+ Social media best practice is at the heart of everything you do - from handles to hashtags and everything in between

In your current role you might be: Planning and implementing social media campaigns, generating reports and showcasing the impact of your work, working with creatives to develop content, working with influencers, tracking trends, building audience profiles.

+ Experienced client handler and confident to lead client-facing scenarios
+ A love of all things digital

In your current role you might be: Client-facing, part of a multi-disciplinary team, write and present your own presentations (plans, strategies and reports), juggling multiple clients and objectives, get stuck-in across both planning and implementation

Nice to haves:

+ Paid advertising experience outside of social channels
+ Black book of influencer and partner relationships
+ Multi-lingual (Spanish)
+ Experience in Travel & Hospitality and Food & Beverage categories is favourable

You may have worked in the following capacities:
Social Media Marketing Manager, Community Manager, Social Media Engagement Manager.
