Introduction to The Private Clinic Ltd

The Private Clinic was established in 1983 in Harley Street and it has evolved into one of the UK’s largest provider of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments with a network of 12 clinics nationwide (from Scotland to the South West) and over 50 surgeons and doctors working with us.

At The Private Clinic we believe that it is our duty to safeguard our patients and ensure that their experience is a positive one. Our mission is therefore, to ensure we design and deliver care and treatments with client safety at the heart of our decision-making. We aim to achieve an exceptional level of client satisfaction by managing client expectations and ensuring their outcomes are as described. This is achieved through only offering high quality treatments and cosmetic procedures, delivered through skilled, knowledgeable and competent staff whom we believe are amongst the most expert in their field.

Role:

  • Managing and creating content for all social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and Snapchat. Able to write on-brand, always diplomatic and positive, being consistent in look and feel.
  • Responding to comments, queries and messages from all of the above promptly and effectively
  • Growing our social media following on all accounts, generating new enquiries and assisting existing patients
  • Answering customer feedback on review sites such as Trustpilot, Consulting Rooms and Google
  • Investigating and resolving reviews
  • Developing the social media calendar along with the Marketing team
  • Analysing insights, metrics and figures on each social network site to produce accurate weekly reports to improve post content and research optimal posting times
  • Writing and editing copy for social adverts, events, web content
  • Researching for and writing weekly blogs to assist with SEO
  • Collecting information from the clinics, designing, writing and releasing the nationwide company newsletter
  • Assisting with filming, directing and overseeing digital media production, including interviewing medical staff and patients
  • Researching influencers who are aligned with our brand messaging and look
  • Basic photo and design editing for social media posts
  • Researching new developments in relevant online media opportunities and keeping up to date with current digital and industry trends
  • Creative thinking: finding new ways to present social media and being able to showcase them
  • Able to work with PR and marketing channels
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the brands offering

Skills required:

  • 2 years’ experience in social media content creation, analysis and reporting
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • A positive attitude, ideas driven and a quick learner
  • Organised and efficient
  • Awareness of trends and developments in social media
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • University degree required
  • Photography/filming experience desirable
