This exciting and innovative integrated agency are looking for a Social Media Senior Account Manager with a passion for engaging and communicating with people and working closely with clients. Based in state of the art offices and within a fun yet supportive environment, this role won’t be around for long. You will be reporting into a knowledgeable and charismatic Senior Account Director and will have the opportunity to learn and grow from a talented team. They have a work hard play hard culture too.

About the role

You will be working on this exciting, innovative client.  You will be responsible for a wide variety of components encompassing social media, account handling and line management including;

  • developing and executing social media strategy
  • developing  paid advertising campaigns
  • creating and implementing social media strategies, influencer and content strategies.
  • Identify key social media influencers based on a strategy
  • Conduct social listening and audits.
  • Maximising social channel management tools (i.e. schedugram)
  • Managing all channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube
  • Input into integrated campaigns.
  • Financial management including budget development, reconciliations and forecasting.
  • Act as a brand guardian, immersing yourself in all product developments and be able to advise on industry and technology trends and developments.
  • Line manage AE on the account.
  • Play a role in upskilling the broader agency on social media

About you

At least 3 year of agency experience in a social role

Personable and client-facing, with experience in creating and growing strong client relationships

Extensive knowledge of social strategy, paid social and overall community management

Financial management experience

Experience in social listening and reporting

Team-player with pro-active approach
