An excellent opening has arisen for an experienced Digital Executive to join the Business Development Team of a leading international law firm. The firm is supported by an outstanding brand and is renowned in the sector for being very different. You will be responsible for:
  • Preparing, uploading and publishing new content to our internal and external channels using various Content Management Systems
  • Providing primary support to all CMS, CRM system and email marketing tool users.
  • Managing the production and approval of client mailings via an email marketing tool.
  • Publishing publications and content updates online. Advising on best approach to the distribution of content online and via email.
  • Working directly with the Head of Digital on major development and transformational projects but also working autonomously and flexibly on small to mid-sized projects.
  • Researching new online opportunities that may benefit the firm including website best practices, competitor analysis, social media, mobile apps and email marketing
  • Reporting of online, social and email statistics to inform teams across the firm on performance and optimise client experience.
  • Helping to manage the quality of data in the CRM.
  • Providing one-on-one or group training and helping to produce and maintain user guides
  • Helping promote internally the work of the digital team and the benefits of digital for the firm.
  • Monitoring and managing day to day work requests via various team inboxes.
The role holder will join a highly regarded team and will require an excellent academic background allied to previous professional services experience, to include working with CRM systems and use of email marketing tools. It is essential candidates have a basic knowledge of HTML & CSS and a good grasp of data analysis and email marketing best practice. Confident, pro-active and organised with a high attention to detail and excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills, the successful candidate will also have the proven ability to prioritise their own workload to manage multiple deliverables within a tight timeframe and deliver high quality work with limited supervision.
