Set on the outskirts of Derbyshire, this fully integrated agency has been working with a diverse number of B2B brands for some time which is a testament to their cultured and innovative approach to delivering results. Due to further account wins they seek a Designer who will be responsible for creating visually high quality and innovative designs for a wide range of clients.

The role

Reporting directly to the Studio Manager, you will work alongside a small team of senior designers and web developers to create work which covers all channels, from print and packaging design, to website design, advertising campaigns and digital artwork. The clients are predominantly business to business and cover different sectors.

You will work closely with the Client Services team, supporting them to deliver a complete marketing resource for their marketing partners, which can include anything from e-shot designs, social assets and brochures, to case studies, exhibition collateral, brand guidelines and much more.

No two days are the same, so we are keen to find a designer who thrives on deadlines, enjoys variety and is hungry to develop their career and evolve their design capabilities. You will be the person to help them continually lift their game when it comes to the delivery of visual work, bringing ideas to life

What we're looking for

You must be Mac trained with excellent experience of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator & knowledge and experience of web design would also be useful. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in an agency studio environment & possess a varied portfolio that will show us you have the creative flair and passion to do the job. A solid understanding of exporting files for print and exporting assets for digital as well as an eye for layout, typography and use of colour.

Your work must include design which values the use of white space and typography, as well advertising which can hold the eye of the reader. Equally important is an ability work on briefs which are fully integrated and include digital for different audiences and different brands.
