Purpose of the role

The CRM Executive will be responsible for creating the offers, requesting design, creating up with an effect communication plan and executing all retention-based promotions across the company.

You will be responsible for:

  • Content creation for the (email, SMS, website pop-ups, landing pages, push notifications etc.)
  • Project management of casino promotions for Betway in the UK
  • Coming up with new promotional ideas to run in the UK market for Betway which are in-line with our budget
  • End to end preparation of promotions end communications
  • Testing and sending out communications
  • Liaising with various internal departments (VIP department, Compliance, Copy and Design teams)  
  • Analysis and reporting 
  • Benchmark competitor campaigns to better understand our positioning in the market

You will have:

  • Experience of working in a team liaising with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects
  • Good understanding of Marketing principles

It would be a bonus if you also had:

  • Interest in Gaming Industry
  • Exposure and good knowledge of content management systems
  • Good understanding of HTML / AMPscript
  • Working in an online environment
  • Experience with ESP / CRM systems
  • Analytic skills
  • Good understanding of the relevant market
