This is an opportunity to join a mid-sized & growing agency which has developed an excellent reputation for developing highly innovative work and enviable levels of staff retention. This agency has changed beyond recognition over the last few years and is keen to hire a self-motivated, conscientious account manager who is able to add value to their continuing success.
The clients are a real mix of consumer & business to business and cover many different sectors. The agency has some big-name clients, so the role will be full of variety. As an account manager you will bring everything together and be responsible for managing client expectations and growing the client relationships.
You should have a real interest in online marketing and helping brands raise their profiles online and also experience in more traditional offline activities. This role will suit someone who is comfortable managing digital and social campaigns but who can do offline too.
What we're looking for
The agency is seeking an integrated account manager with at least 3 years agency experience. Client liaison experience of at least 3 years in an agency is preferential and you will have a thorough understanding of the wider marketing mix, digital and social media campaigns.
You'll also have a great eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. This role does require someone who can offer more than a 9 to 5 mentality. They are a hard-working team, so a can-do attitude is a must. In return you'll have the chance to make a positive impact on agency life - and your own career and progression.
