A Broadcast network is searching for a BRAND MANAGER to manage one of their flagship channels.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a brand manager who wants to take ownership of an award-winning channel. They are seeking out someone who has end-to end-campaign management experience coupled with people management skills (There is a small team for you to manage).
In terms of the role, they are not looking for a safe pair of hands, they want an innovator who will drive the brand forward and recognise the potential for growth. The brand is constantly evolving, high profile and award-winning, they want someone who can keep up the momentum and really make great things happen.
You will have marketing ownership for campaigns as well as joint responsibility, with the senior marketing manager, for delivering impacts across whole brand/programme marketing campaigns
Typical areas of ownership will include programme trailers across their network and all elements of the external media mix; you will get to build bespoke marketing plans from brief through to post campaign analysis as well leading agency teams.
To be considered for this role, you should be comfortable managing multiple high-profile marketing campaigns at an incredibly fast pace (approx. 6 off air campaigns per year / 60 on-air promos), you will be strategic and be able to draw on strategy and insight to build strong bespoke marketing plans. It’s a given that your experience will be integrated, they are particularly keen to have someone who is immersed in the media and digital landscape, someone who keeps up to date with trends and can make recommendations to optimise creative execution.
Their ideal candidates will have experience in a similar marketing role in TV, but they will consider candidates with relevant experience from similar industries and also agency backgrounds.
