As a Campaign Delivery Executive you will join us at an exciting time as we expand our technological capabilities and become more customer centric with a strong focus on personalisation. You’ll work in a team of 4, who collectively will work towards the delivery and maintenance of new and exciting email/SMS/push campaigns, whilst optimising creative and utilising more segmented data to deliver a truly personalised communication.
You’ll be the end point before customers/prospects see our final communication, so attention to detail & a data focused mind-set will be key. You’ll work closely with your team members to ensure campaigns are built in accordance to briefs and delivered to deadlines.
What you will be doing
As a Campaign Delivery Executive you’ll work on our email/SMS/push campaigns ensuring that the data is flowing from upstream sources into IMC and all relevant relational tables have been updated. You’ll then work to ensure that data is mapped to relational content blocks that power our personalisation. Testing will be key, and you will act as our first point of QA checks, looking at the overall content and matching back to key segments ensuring that content is displaying as per campaign briefs. You’ll also ensure that campaigns have been seeded and receive sign offs for go live. You’ll arrange any A/B testings’ in accordance to the campaign test plans and deliver to these on time.
Finally, as Campaign Delivery Executive you’ll handle any issues with the content or designs and where possible apply changes locally in IMC. If fixes can’t be applied within IMC you’ll liaise with the content/design teams to ensure fixes are made their end and that future designs mitigate the same issues. This is a hands-on role looking at the design of the build and pulling in components from multiple teams to build a truly perfect campaign that is fit across different channels/devices and email clients. Attention to detail, a data savvy mindset and communication will be key to the success of this role.
What we are looking for
- Proven work experience in a similar role (e.g. Email Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Specialist) with a track record of success in building, testing and executing Email/Push/SMS templates
- Hands-on experience with Watson Campaign Automation or similar tools like Selligent, Sendgrid or Salesforce.
- Built and managed end-to-end multi-channel campaigns through Email, Push, SMS
- Technical skills (HTML, CSS)
- Familiarity with database & analytical tools
- PC literate – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of User Acceptance Testing
