Lead Creative needed for a 4 Month contract position. Quick Start once past the initial review stages!
Key Responsibilities/duties (what will the candidate be doing)
1 Lead, inspire and develop creatives and/or junior creatives, providing guidance, support and best practice advice.
2 Develop, contribute to and lead creative pitches, selling in creative strategy and big ideas.
3 Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and commercial colleagues, to ensure they fully understand the creative/production process, and have faith in our ability to deliver effective campaigns.
4 Embrace new technologies and creative techniques to raise the standard of output and enhance client experience.
Key skills required
1 Experience in a similar role, within an advertising agency or media environment is essential.
2 Evidence of providing creative direction, motivation and development.
3 Passion for TV, advertising and marketing and an understanding of current ideas, principles and practices.
4 Proficient user of Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Desirable/ Beneficial skills
1 An understanding of BCAP/CAP and OFCOM Broadcast Codes would be advantageous.
2 Degree qualified or equivalent in a media or arts related discipline is desirable.
