Digital Optimisation Senior Executive
Our client is a market leader with products and services offered through multiple brands including a specific online only route to market. Due to growth they are looking to bring on a Digital Optimisation and CRO Specialist to define the approach to digital optimisation. You'll be involved in the implementation, management and reporting of digital customer journeys with your findings coming from a well founded testing structure and strategy. With existing experience in A/B or MVT testing you'll use tools including Adobe Target to run, report and review how the sites are used. You'll need the confidence to spot any anomalies and escalate issues efficiently to constantly optimise conversion rates.
·Manage delivery of best in class digital journeys.
·Co-ordinate and implement site developments through working with Development and UX teams.
·Carry out user A/B testing and MVT and manage testing schedule and backlog.
·Support research and design into new digital features, experiences and customer journeys.
·Experience in digital optimisation or CRO role including managing testing.
·Researched and analysed web user behaviour and capable of interpreting results into actionable insights.
·Knowledge and experience using Adobe Target and Google Analytics.
·Working knowledge of tag management software.
