As Lumos creates an impact around the globe, our social media presence and website are becoming increasingly significant in how we position ourselves, communicate our vision and engage in new market. So we are looking for someone who can ramp up content, inspire fresh creativity and drive innovation across our channels. You will shape a schedule of digital activity, take ownership of creative output and take the editorial lead for our website. You will also ensure that everything we do is part of a joined-up approach to enhance user experience – supported by a disciplined approach to analytics, regular reporting and shared insight.

A proven track record of developing creative content in a marketing and/or digital communications environment is essential. You must have strong experience of story gathering, creative development and the post-production process, with a good understanding of the tools we use in content creation:  Adobe Creative Suite, CMS (specific experience using Django is an advantage) and HTML/PHP. Knowledge of Google tools and Google Analytics is also important.
