Senior Graphic Designer

Are you an Integrated Senior Designer who loves conceptualising campaigns with messaging and design ideas? The Company

Our client is a leading Retail agency with lovely modern premises and based very close to the M1. They house some serious talent in the studio, which is the engine room of the agency. Creative is what drives this business, a compelling proposition for any talented Designer looking for a home where this is highly valued. The client base is mainly Retail, Leisure and FMCG, and they provide insightful solutions that translate through the customer journey, with brand engagement concepts through multiple channels. This includes advertising on and offline, sales promotion, in-store look and feel, internal communications and more.

They are there to increase their clients' brand performance and it is their channel knowledge, strong consumer marketing experience, and value in creative strategy that enables them to do this. The Role and You

We are looking for a strong conceptual thinker and visual crafter, to work on a range of blue chip clients, including one of the biggest convenience retail brands in the world. You will create multiple campaigns ideas, campaign branding, internal comms and shopper marketing.

You'll know how to get under the skin of a brief, and how best to execute, not being afraid to explore your ideas as either sketches or mac visuals. You also consider yourself a wordsmith, with strengths in headline copy and key messages. You'll often be the person behind the 'big idea' and will enjoy demonstrating how to take that idea across a range of marketing touch points. Message to consumer, typography, imagery, composition, vision and functionality will all areas you focus on.

As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll have a strong portfolio of multi-channel work for big brands. You will be a strong communicator, rationalising your creative solutions with confidence and passion, and equally comfortable taking briefs in client meetings.
