We’ve got a great new role for a Digital Engagement Manager to join a sizeable marketing team in Manchester. They’re looking for someone to lead on their objective to increase online customer interactions and engagement, so you’ll be responsible for identifying barriers to digital engagement, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, working with data and insight to bring new ideas to increase digital engagement. You’ll need a background and track record in customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.
