Bid Writer - Professional Services - London
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Bid Content Writer for the central Bid function of this leading global legal services firm. This role will develop and maintain the existing library of pre-written content for the live bids and pitches.You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding on the content available for automated Bid repository.
Duties & Responsibilities
Managing the overall process of development and maintenance of pre-written content
ensuring it is constantly reviewed, enhanced and updated as well as managed in a way that is compatible with the automation system
*You will work closely with subject matter experts to produce content that is clearly articulated and easy to integrate into proposals
*Working closely with Bids team members to tailor content and ensure feedback from debriefs and competitor intelligence is reflected as appropriate
*Ensuring the system is as effective as possible for all users globally
*Promoting the project to ensure appropriate levels of use

Skills and Experience Required
* Experience of working in the bids function, or similar (preferably for a legal services firm)
* A self-starter who can work on own initiative and is proactive in developing ideas and solutions
* Excellent copy writing and knowledge management skills
