Working for a FinTech disrupter, the Head of Marketing / Head of Campaigns / Head of Brand will play a pivotal role in how this well-funded start-up positions themselves in the market.

Having recently received a big round of funding, this Oxford-based startup has had organic growth to date. Now they building their Marketing team and looking to bring on a Head of Marketing / Head of Campaigns / Head of Brand to support their growth plans.

The first 6 months of this role will be focused around data gathering, market research and campaign testing. In a year this role will work together with the Head of Digital, CMO and Marketing Agencies to deliver effectively data-driven marketing campaigns.

The Head of Marketing / Head of Campaigns / Head of Brand will:

*Create campaigns from the group up, including Offline channels as well as Online.

*Be responsible for everything that is "Consumer Campaign" related

* Test and experiment with Campaign and Marketing challenges to collect data to feed back into future campaigns

*Work closely with the Head of Digital and Market research and Marketing Agencies to design and deliver campaigns

*Analyse performance of these campaigns, quickly identifying new areas for improvement

*Create compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive adoption and engagement

*Collaborate with the PR agency, Product team, Sales and senior stakeholders to develop a clear marketing proposition

Head of Marketing / Head of Campaigns / Head of Brand role must have:

*Strong marketing experience, ideally including at least 5 years with clear deliverables from previous roles

*Offline Marketing Experience. Experience in creating Marketing campaigns that span across Radio, Print and TV.

*Highly Analytical Mindset, constantly using data to underpin their decision making

*Outstanding project management skills and proven ability prioritise, plan and deliver projects & campaigns across cross-functional team on-time and to budget

*Strong ability to analyse multi-channel performance metrics and synthesise learnings/opportunities for improvement

*Degree or equivalent
