Digital Account Manager
A small but perfectly formed boutique agency is expanding their digital marketing offering and is in the market for a Digital Account Manager!
Starting from humble beginnings over 15 years ago, this boutique agency has gone from strength to strength over the years and has built a team of vibrant professionals that offer an integrated service for a collection of clients across both the B2B and B2C sectors. Not only have they built a fantastic team and a fair share of awards, they've also expanded their offering which now spans PR, digital, and design. Due to this, they're now increasing the digital marketing team and are looking for Digital Account Manager to hop on board and become the main point of contact for clients, taking their projects from initial conception through to completion. The role will see you work closely with clients and other internal departments to develop and deliver effective digital and social campaigns and strategies, and web builds. Your knowledge of the industry and digital landscape will also mean that you'll be on hand to advise clients and upsell additional services that would be beneficial to them. In addition to this, you may also be tasked with some new business responsibility which includes pitching to potential clients and growing existing accounts.
What we're looking for
It goes without saying that you'll need to be an experienced digital professional, who is happy to be a hands-on Account Handler! Of course, digital experience is essential and you must have proven experience of creating digital strategies and managing multiple digital projects simultaneously. Alongside this, you must show a hunger for delivering great client work - they're looking for someone who wants to go the extra mile, and wants to deliver projects that keep clients coming back to you again, and again, and again! Communication skills are also key to this role, as you'll need to build lasting client relationships and must be comfortable presenting and pitching your ideas to the board, internally, as well as potential clients. Top-notch organisational skills are a must, and it's important that you are a person that can collaborate with everyone and takes an innovative approach.
