Are you interested in playing a key role in ensuring that BHF puts the customer at the heart of everything we do?

Could you develop strategies for us to ensure that colleagues take a user-centric and evidence-based approach in their work?

A new Digital Content and Experiences Centre of Excellence has been developed by BHF to step change the impact of digital experiences for BHF customers and as Digital Content Strategy Lead, your job will be to lead and inspire a team of content designers, working with the business to prioritise deliverables and allocate work.

In this job you'll work closely with the Website Product Manager and UX team to improve back and front-end interfaces, this could include input on our approach to user research, as well as CRO and SEO specialists in order to identify and respond to opportunities as they arise.

You'll be integral to championing the brand and supporting best practice principles - embedding and upholding the style guidelines, tone of voice and visual flair, to ensure digital content is accessible and consistent.

About you

You'll thrive on understanding how customers think and behave online and will encourage and assist others in techniques to drive engagement and conversions, as well as ensure visibility of pages through search.

With extensive experience working in a similar role across a family of website, you'll have excellent knowledge of Photoshop, HTML (at an editorial level) and Jira and Confluence for short- and long-term workflow management.

You'll have demonstrable experience in managing end-to-end content production - from ideation to delivery, along with experience in editing, devising and implementing creative digital content including text, images and video for websites.

With strong communication skills and an ability to persuade and influence when needed, you'll also have great attention to detail with an eye for page layout and design.
