We’re working with an integrated agency looking to bring in someone to take the lead on their Digital Marketing activities with their client base. Their digital work for clients is continually growing, and they need someone who can take the lead with clients, understand their brand objectives and advise strategically and tactically which digital channels they should be utilising. You’ll need to be strong client facing and able to present your ideas and strategic thinking around digital in a way that clients can understand clearly. You’ll manage a small internal team and a number of external specialists initially but with a view to growing the team internally and reducing the use of external resources. You’ll need to have a good handle on all digital marketing channels, be confident at managing budgets, developing effective and robust processes, as well as a keen eye on quality control and ROI. There is lots of scope for growth and we’ll consider both agency candidates as well as in-house digital marketers keen to move into an agency environment. For someone ambitious and hard-working, there is a real opportunity here to progress and develop this role into a key role within the agency.
