An exciting and brand-new opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join a successful mid-sized health and safety training provider who offer health & training courses, NVQs & accreditations across numerous industries in the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands, South & North East. This is an innovative, growing business with big plans and they are looking for ambitious people to join their growing team.
In conjunction with the wider marketing and commercial teams, you will be responsible for planning and developing the business' brand-new CRM strategy across their five offices. This will include a range of things like messaging, segmentation and frequency. You will identify key drop off points in the customer journey or processes that cause customer friction and deliver CRM strategies to improve the overall experience for customers and the internal team.
You will manage the automated platform in order to increase conversion and retention and develop targeted acquisition campaigns and utilise them to grow the prospect base. You will generate an engagement and retention programme whilst also creating a reactive communication that responds to customer behaviour.
You will be consulting to the teams across all offices covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product demonstrations, analysis. You will also be implementing and training the end users utilising primarily Dynamics 365
The role will also include business and process analysis, documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' within accurate and detailed scoping documents and will be liaising with developers, clients and the internal team acting as their main point of communication and the 'middle man'.
What we're looking for
You will have at least three years proven experience, within a similar role either client-side or agency It is Essential you have an in-depth knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics or another similar size CRM platform as this is the chosen platform that the current system is being changed and updated too.
You will have a technical understanding of the system, allowing you to make day to day and long-term changes and decisions as required by the business.
You may be a strong marketing communications expert and have a proven capability of deploying successful CRM strategies as well as being analytical and very process driven in nature, allowing you to quickly understand the success of communication strategies deployed and make recommendations as appropriate to constantly improve on campaign performance.
This is a brand-new role within the company and so you will be the type of person that will enjoy taking hold of a CRM function and want to grow and improve it by developing and evaluating brilliant ideas and passing this on to the rest of the team. This is a standalone role and you won't have a team reporting to you however you will be working as part of the team and will need to be confident communicating, building a rapport and liaising with other team members daily as they will need to trust you throughout the process.

What's on offer?
A salary ranging from £32,000 - £40,000 DOE plus a car allowance and lots of other extra benefits. Travelling is a must in this role as you will be required to commute to their other five national offices on a weekly basis.
