Following a restructure this charitable organisation is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
The role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of a broad digital marketing strategy to promote and protect the charity's profile and reputation to help grow membership, volunteering, and fundraising. You will lead the digital marketing team (2 direct reports) to plan and implement a programme of the website, paid digital, social media and content marketing activity as well as overseeing the digital marketing infrastructure ensuring relevant and engaging content. You will lead cost-effective digital ad campaigns and oversee video production and develop innovative future content formats.
What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced senior digital marketing Manager who has significant experience of developing and managing successful B2C digital engagement strategies and campaigns to deliver against multiple objectives. You will also have experience of social media management (paid and organic, tracking and traffic management); paid search (Google Grant AdWords, Doubleclick Search, Bing); SEO and SEM tools and processes as well as building and managing forms and data capture mechanisms. Experience of coding (HTML, CSS, SQL, javascript) would be an advantage as would e-commerce experience. You will ideally be educated to degree level or similar and be used to working within a complex organisation with many stakeholders.
