eCommerce Optimisation Executive
This role will manage the agency and internal teams to ensure accurate and effective delivery of all optimisation activities. You will actively seek out feedback from the business, and manage day to day issues with the site identified by users and operations.
You will manage ecommerce optimisation projects including requirement gathering, identifying deliverables, testing the buying journey and measure impact of optimisation activities on the customer experience.
- Identify optimisation activity (conversion optimisation, personalisation, A/B testing, multi-variant testing) based on behavioural tools and data driven insights
- Prioritise and execute optimisation strategy using a structured testing strategy, working with third parties
- Interpret test results, delivering unique actionable insights and recommendations for change and continued optimisation
- Communicate plans, KPIs, results and key learnings with the ecommerce team and key stakeholders
