Are you an experienced Delivery Manager who has the skills needed to help shape our growing SCRUM teams to deliver against an ambitious and exciting roadmap here at BHF?

About the role

If so, we have a great job opportunity for an individual who can 'hit the ground running' and who has a proven ability of working with and managing teams through competing priorities. The right person will be able to work independently to help develop emerging SCRUM teams whilst using their exceptional communication skills to keep the digital delivery team and wider business well informed.

As Delivery Manager you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and Business Leads to plan, deliver and maintain products and services, including online fundraising products, retail apps and cross-platform integrations.

You'll also take a lead on the prioritisation and scheduling of digital product and service delivery across multiple design/creative and tech workstream dependencies

About you

A SCRUM Master or equivalent with strong and varied agile digital delivery expertise gained in commercial environments, you'll be passionate about embedding agile working practices in a growing team and will take a proactive role in identifying and promoting better ways of doing things.

Adapting your delivery approach and style to best fit the given context or challenge at hand will be second nature to you and you'll be used to working with Product Owners and Technical Leads while steering Developers, UX/UI Designers, Content Execs and Testers to ensure effective end-to-end digital delivery.

With excellent problem-solving and communication skills, you'll also thrive on enabling multi-disciplinary teams to work through uncertainty and competing priorities to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of high quality products.
