Your mission as Digital Product Owner will be to manage and shape the native app along with the MY Account function.  You’ll love pushing boundaries, being innovative and will thrive on finding new ways to make online products faster, more reliable and of course more attractive to a loyal and engaged customer base.

Nestled in their new offices in one of the most attractive developments in Birmingham you’ll be amongst kindred souls who share your vision, insight and creativity and together you will deliver industry leading online product and customer journey innovations across all digital touch points that wow customers and keep them coming back again and again.

Working closely with the in-house development team, marketing, customer experience and finance departments you will have autonomy to schedule and manage an exciting range of projects from the introduction of an Alexa AI product, revamping then checkout, introducing a range of  UX driven enhancing .customer features and developing a single customer view which will drive better understanding of customer behaviours creating further opportunities for engagement and repeat business.

It is likely you will enjoy working with a wide variety of people and are capable of communicating project developments across a broad range of different people within the business.

You’ll understand the dynamics of working with a development team to ensure the smooth and seamless flow of best in class innovations and will have familiarity of being the conduit between technical and non- technical stakeholders within a wide variety of different projects.

Your collaborative style and agile approach will enable to thrive in this Kanban environment as you champion the product vision and garner a passion for the product from the team.

You will enjoy Product owner/authority during the development and delivery of new product features and projects building an overall experience that customers will love.

You will probably have at least 1 years’ experience within product development and are maybe looking for your first step into product ownership. The main areas of focus for the role are

Product Strategy skills – you can develop and articulate a clear product vision grounded in commercial analysis and customer research

Product Delivery skills – you can work within an agile team to deliver consumer facing products, from a continuous improvements and projects perspective

Analysis skills- you possess the ability to generate and/or commission your own research, from a qualitative and quantitative perspective and then interpreting these insights into meaningful product initiatives

CX – you will live and breathe the customer experience, and possess a detailed understanding of the end to end user journey and how customer experience and checkout conversion can be optimised
