Are you digitally minded and have a keen eye for detail? Could you make our Social Media team the best in the business?

If so, you may be the Social Media Coordinator we're looking for.

About the role

Our award winning Social Media team has a passion for innovation; we want to be a sector leader in customer engagement and always keep up to date with the latest trends to improve our offering.

To help drive continuous improvement, helping us deliver against our new strategy, we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join the team.

You'll be at the forefront of our communications with supporters, helping to generate and schedule British Heart Foundation (BHF) social media content.

You'll also be responsible for:

* Monitoring the social media inbox and providing feedback to improve the BHF's communications
* Coordinating the team; from organising team systems and processes
* Dealing with our finance team and external suppliers
* Coordinating team meetings and any travel needed.

About you

We're looking for a motivated and organised team player to join our friendly and talented team. You'll have:

* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication skills
* The ability to hit the ground running
* A passion for social media, using it in your personal life
* Knowledge on how social media works from a user perspective and an interest in how organisations use them.
* Excellent time management skills and be able to juggle numerous demands at any one time.

You'll also care about the BHF and the work we do, innovating and driving improvement to our systems and striving to always deliver the best for the BHF.
