Our client is a leading multi-channel retailer and they have a new requirement for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager based in their West Yorkshire head offices. Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the recruitment of new customers, and engaging existing customers, to the website via digital marketing media to increase customer traffic / revenue in line with brand requirements. Working alongside the commercial plan manager you will improve the customer experience, recommending proactive trading measures and helping to determine marketing requirements for future opportunities to keep the organisation at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Providing weekly reports and analysis to the wider Commercial team to ensure communication is effectively distributed.

You will be working with 3rd party agencies on; digital traffic generation, including pay per click, SEO and re-targeting, developing automated email campaigns to increase customer loyalty and return on investment and a dynamic social media plan. You will lead and coach support teams to drive their development and create a successful, motivated team, while building effective relationships with external customers.

The ideal candidate will have solid, demonstrable experience in a multi-channel marketing environment, with examples of developing a multichannel marketing plan. Knowledge of online marketing and merchandising, content management, CRM and social media is essential. You should also have some experience in offline print processes and writing creative briefs.
