Your new company
Your new company is a well known sport brand who are seeking an experienced, strategic and capable individual to join their team as eCommerce Marketing Manager in their team based in Manchester.

Your new role
In your new role reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the creation and development of online marketing campaigns that maximise sales across online platforms and work towards improving and maximising the online user journey. You will account for the product mix, pricing strategy, design and functionality of sites in order to maximise sales and deliver a first class user experience and as such you will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agency and internal stakeholders to deliver results. You will develop the SEO strategy as well as managing the balance between organic and paid media channels and ensure the integration of platforms and campaigns. You will be expected to understand and analyse performance metrics and data to review traffic, conversion and customer journey in order to make recommendations and inform future decision making as well as utilising insight to lead development of customer profiles and purchasing behaviours.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must have prior demonstrable experience within eCommerce and an in-depth understanding of marketing methods and eCommerce traffic drivers. You will have the knowledge and ability to produce fully-integrated digital marketing campaigns across earned, paid and owned media as well as being able to integrate online and offline methods. You must have the ability to translate audience research and insights in to powerful recommendations, effective marketing plans and clear campaign briefs as well as being skilled in the use of analytical tools to measure campaign performance and KPIs. You will be a strategic thinker who takes accountability to deliver a project from beginning to completion while managing relationships and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholder groups in order to produce results. You will have a test and learn approach and bring creativity and innovation and foresight.
