Campaign Manager - Online Sports Betting
A growing online sports betting business are looking to hire an experienced Campaign Manager to develop, manage and follow up on campaigns and engage with both new and existing customers. Reporting to the CMO, this role sits alongside the Marketing team, planning the campaign schedules across the channels both internally and externally. You would be coordinating the marketing activities with the creative team, product owners and business intelligence on offers, brand positioning, messaging and results. This would include but in no way be limited to; driving creative campaigns from conception to execution. Taking ownership for the campaign schedule, following up on performance and delivery and keeping key stakeholders updated.
You are a strong project manager, with strong planning and communication skills. You are commercially focused with the ability to influence others and demonstrate strong-functional leadership, whilst having knowledge of technology, a passion for innovation and creativity in abundance.
You have a background in performance marketing, preferably gained in an online environment focused on customer acquisitions. You’re experienced at working in fast paced businesses, able to juggle and prioritise projects and deliver to tight deadlines. You have experience in managing multiple relationships for projects, dealing with marketing agencies, media owners and suppliers. You have excellent analytical skills with a good knowledge of analytics, CRM and data analysis tools. This role requires experience in managing budgets to ensure delivery of campaigns. You should have an interest in sports betting and a passion for apps and gamification.
