Hays are currently working in partnership with a Global organisation based in London the business is looking to recruit an Internal Communications Officer. This is a fantastic organisation that pride themselves on customer service but also an engaged and ambitious work force. The company understands the importance of internal communications as it is the key to building employee engagement across the business. Strong internal communications improve motivation and engagement across the business.
Your new role
You will be required to deliver relevant, engaging and effective internal comms across a variety of platforms to meet business objectives. The ability to work alongside stakeholders at varying levels of seniority is pivotal to succeed in this role. This role can will require working on newsletters, analysing ROI from marketing input to ensure maximum reach and engagement, whilst finding new ways to improve the current process.

- Creating engaging content for a range of online and offline channels
What you'll get in return
