Digital Marketing Assistant 

A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Digital Marketing Assistant looking to kick start their career. Our client is well-known within the leisure industry, they pride themselves in delivering a high standard of service. Providing a friendly, luxurious, yet comfortable and professional experience for their customers. They are looking to bring on a Digital Marketing Assistant that will help grow their business across various media channels.

What you’ll be doing…
· Plan the social media strategy that corresponding with brand guidelines.
· Creating quality content and campaigns to drive engagement and traffic to the website monitoring the success and reporting on ROI.
· Help drive email campaigns, continuously testing and monitoring data to see the customer response.
· Using Videography and Photography for social media channels to help create a virtual story, making sure you’re update with current trends, news and events to support the engaging content
· Plan and execute in conjunction with our digital partner the SEO/SEM strategy for the group website and the outlets with clear and targeted campaigns focused on brand positioning and revenue generation.
· Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant and in line with the marketing plan.
· Working with the marketing manager/ Team, implement a CRM system to enhance customer communication, drive loyalty and glean business intelligence.
The Candidate…
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience of digital marketing, with a Marketing or Digital degree.

· Have a good broad mix of marketing skills and be able to put your hand to any given situation.
· Good commercial awareness.
· Be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively.
· Have a creative flow of ideas that can translate in to engaging content.
· Being able to work effective with and without a team.
· Have a passion for the travel and leisure business.
· Occasional travel is a required for the role, as is the use of a car.
