MARKETING AUTOMATION ROLE
- Deliver best in class campaigns that meet marketing objectives - leveraging a multichannel approach, as well as delivering an email campaign strategy.
- Develop personalised and scaleable automated campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day operations and optimisation of marketing automation system
- Setup weekly digital communications including tactical mailings with a focus on creative messaging and data selection.
- Be a key player between IT and marketing.
- Implement CRM testing program, including email features, targeting and personalising.
- Drive best practice adoption and techniques across marketing automation solution - developing campaign templates, additional customer journeys and processes that increase business effecenticy
- Experience within email marketing.
- Understanding of HTML.
- Commercial acumen and proven CRM/marketing skills.
- Experience managing external agencies.
- Analytical and naturally technically minded.
- Approachable and strong communication skills.
