This is an opportunity for a forward-thinking Marketing Manager to join a fast growing and well established B2B Tech company who are the cloud service and tech provider of choice for financial institutions, energy & utility firms as well as e-commerce and wholesale organisations. The Marketing Automation Specialist will own and manager the marketing automation and email strategies in line with business and campaign objectives. You will work closely with sales and product teams to understand customer journeys and develop targeted campaigns to support lead generation, acquisition and conversion through direct marketing, email and automation. You will be results-driven and commercially savvy, monitoring campaign performance and reporting on success. Using CRM and internal automation tools, you will set up automated campaigns across the customer journey to enhance customer experience and meet targets and work closely with the Marketing Business Partners to align activities. 

You will have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and influence at all stakeholder levels. If you are a forward-thinking, innovative and driven individual with experience within B2B tech, SaaS, Software or Telecommunications this could be the right role for you. You will have strong email, direct marketing and automation experience and will be comfortable with using CRM, Pardot and other marketing tools.
