SEO Executive
You'll ideally be an SEO all rounder who has a technical edge, but with a soft spot and appreciation of creative content too. Previous marketing experience would be ideal, although not a necessity. You could be working in a small, local agency or company in an SEO role and frustrated at the lack of opportunity. You may want to work with bigger clients and within a more progressive thinking team. Similarly you could be doing SEO work in your spare time and have a genuine passion for websites and SEO techniques in general.

Some questions to consider:
- Do you know your way around SEO tools such as SEMRush, Moz and MajesticSEO
- Do you keep an eye on analytics and love to understand how and why people are getting to your site?
- Do you keep an eye on keyword rankings, and know how to improve them?
- Are you excited by SEO and are motivated by helping clients achieve SEO success?
- Are you comfortable explaining and training SEO tactics to a wider team

And as you grow in confidence and knowledge, you'll get the freedom to shape our client's campaigns and execute your own ideas.

To be a good fit for this role you'll:

- be confident enough to talk to clients, suppliers and other bloggers as outreach and link building will be a significant part of your workload.
- be comfortable with data as reporting is our way of showing clients how well we're doing for them.
- be already reading industry blogs
- enjoy working as part of a team as well as comfortable working on your own.
- be motivated by getting results!
