Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working with a multi-disciplinary Marketing and Communications team this key role will lead on the creation and delivery of a first-class content strategy across all web channels.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success. You will be:
- Scoping, commissioning, writing and editing content that is simple to read and easy to understand for all staff and customers by focusing on addressing user needs and avoiding complex language and processes
- Aligning content items with the most appropriate content formats to ensure clear and consistent user journeys. Suggest new content formats where required to better meet user needs
- Experienced in writing for the web and other social media channels with proven ability to create content that is both accessible and usable and with an understanding of various editorial standard
- Experienced in creating or sourcing engaging, fit for purpose, and inspiring content and prioritising its use to deliver an effective, benefit-realising content calendar
