Digital Marketing Manager – Basingstoke, Hampshire
£40,000 - £44,000 plus benefits

We are proud to be working for this highly regarded and outstanding luxury brand who are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager.  You will develop the digital marketing strategy for the company and manage commercially effective, brand enhancing, creative and engaging marketing campaigns within the digital space for all their products and services.  Based in Basingstoke you will be able to work 1-day week from home and 1 day a week in their London office.

Responsibilities: -

  • Lead the development of the digital marketing strategy based on business priorities, brand strategy and customer targeting, ensuring that the core brand values and messages are relayed to the customer accurately across all channels
  • Manage and become the expert in their Email and CRM Marketing platform (Emarsys), overseeing all automations and targeting, ensuring the technology is being used to its full capabilities and that they are continuously innovating their CRM strategies
  • Design, develop and lead the execution of their Email Marketing strategy (including planning, reporting, effective testing and innovation) and manage email marketing campaigns that drive customers to the website and other sales channels
  • Develop digital acquisition plans (using PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, referral programs etc) to attract and drive customers to their digital channels 
  • Drive the social strategy for the business, providing the vision and guidance for the internal team to manage their channels and create engaging content that tells their Brand story 
  • Manage multiple agencies across Email, Performance Media and Referral, providing clear direction on key business and brand objectives and ensuring they deliver on time and on budget
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing these against target ROI and KPIs whilst providing continual feedback to senior stakeholders
  • Manage the Digital marketing budget
  • Ensure that digital marketing plans are joined up with other communication channels and work alongside other 
  • Manage and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive, who will support on the day-to-day execution of campaigns across all digital channels

What you will bring to the role

  • Solid experience in similar digital marketing role on client side or agency 
  • Track record of delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns that meet brand and commercial objectives 
  • Proven Email Marketing experience, having spent time managing CRM strategy and campaign management - ideally with working experience of email marketing softwares
  • Excellent understanding and experience of managing Social Media (Paid and Organic), PPC and other paid digital media
  • Experience of Google Analytics, reporting on conversion and return on investment
  • Experience of project management and people management, with an ability to motivate a team and bring people together to achieve a common goal
  • Experience managing third parties, ensuring they deliver on time and to budget
