Affiliate Account Manager - excellent basic plus uncapped bonus structure

We will consider a Digital Account Manager or similar background wishing to move into the world of affiliate marketing.

We work in exclusive partnership with an exciting innovative business specialising in Lead Generation, who are now looking for an additional Affiliate Account Manager to join them.  This is an additional role due to success of the business, and an exciting opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door of the fast paced, and exciting digital marketing world and learn the whole 360 degree aspect of affiliate marketing. As an Affiliate Account Manager, you will be managing affiliates worldwide and managing advertiser offers that require excellent attention to detail.

 Job Role of the Affiliate Account Manager:

  • Day-to-day affiliate enquiries about the network and platform or offers
  • Researching, recruiting and onboarding new affiliates who can deliver traffic to the UK
  • Manage the acquisition of new affiliates, day to day communication to organise traffic delivery and to promote offers traffic is needed for. From multiple channels of acquisition.
  • Identify key affiliate traffic sources that are consistent, and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure to offers, and increase offer revenue
  • Negotiate lead prices with affiliates in order to get the best lead cost to profit ratio
  • Manage day to day relationships with advertiser and partner offers. Including onboarding to the network
  • Work pro-actively to manage daily caps to all advertiser offers
  • Promote advertiser offers to the most suitable affiliate
  • Communicate and negotiate lead prices and volumes with advertisers

An ideal Affiliate Account manager will have the following skillset/experience:

  • A good understanding of the principles of affiliate marketing or a digital account manager background
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and HTML coding
  • Enthusiasm and patience when dealing with affiliates and advertisers
  • Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
  • A clear communicator
