Often cited as the number one in their sector, this online retailer is once again expanding their team and is in need of an eCommerce Assistant.
This company works across Europe, and not only do they boast a fabulous reputation, and product offering, they've built an incredible team here in the UK - they're a great bunch, who are friendly and always willing to help and teach other team members. As eCommerce Assistant you'll be welcomed to the team and will be supporting both the Digital Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager in all things eCommerce! Maximising sales and a great customer experience is the aim of the role here, and you'll be a vitally important cog as it'll be down to you to ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent across all platforms, and you'll also have to make sure that the products have their best foot forward, and are presented in the best way possible which means that the imagery, product details, and attributes must be top-notch. As well as this, you'll be tasked with reporting on website metrics, sales, and voucher usage, will be keeping an eye on competitor activity and compiling analysis, and will be creating product samples.
What we're looking for
As we said, this company is happy to train and develop, but they are looking for someone with basic ecommerce or digital marketing skills, as well as knowledge of WordPress and Microsoft Office. It would also be a distinct advantage is you had experience of the online retail sector, and had knowledge of Photoshop, and Google Analytics. Cultural fit is a priority, so they need a team player as it's what this company thrives on. They're looking for someone who takes a creative approach and is able to influence and engage. You'll need to be the type who relishes the opportunity to learn, someone who continually wants to develop their skill set and knowledge, and someone who is filled with ideas and, most importantly, not afraid to share them. All the usual skills are also essential, motivated, superb time management, multitasking, and communications skills.
What's on offer?
Not only will you be joining a team that we would like to become part of, but you'll also be offered a salary between £18,000 and £20,000 which is dependent on your experience. They also offer some cracking benefits - enough to fill an A4 sheet of paper! If you'd like some more info on the role, then don't hesitate to contact Debra on 0121 355 0955.
