Your New Role
As the Head of Marketing for the company, you will be delivering and developing innovative strategies that translates into initiatives to drive growth across portfolios. You will also be managing, building and executing successful campaigns with your team that will drive growth and revenue. Additionally, you will be reporting any successes, planned strategies and any progress within the company to the company's CEO and Marketing Directors. A huge part of your role would be managing your teams in order to drive growth across portfolios - delivering commercial leadership that delivers against ambitious targets. On top of everything, you will be managing all performance across all channels and channel leader in the marketing team including, CRM, Social, SEO, Retail and Customer Service .
What You'll need to Succeed
To succeed in your new role as a Head of Marketing, you would have to be able to demonstrate that you have worked within the FMCG sector for a minimum 5 years. You will also have to have demonstrated and show evidence of how you have managed large teams, managed and implemented effective strategies within the company that had produced tangible results, managed and produced successful campaigns and have worked successfully alongside senior members of the company, ie. Marketing Director or CEO. Ideally to have a full marketing mix. Experience within the FMCG is essential.
