Working for a high growth consumer marketing tech SAAS software business who recently raise significant funding, the home based Customer Success Manager / Account Manager / Account Handler - (Fluent Italian, Marketing Tech) role involves owning customer relationships from point of sale, ensuring customers realise optimal value.
The product captures customer data across all touch points develops highly personal marketing outputs that increase engagement and conversions.

The Customer Success Manager / Account Manager / Account Handler - (Fluent Italian, Marketing Tech) will:
-Develop tailored plans for each customer to optimise their success on our platform
-Lead customer education programs across all channels, including webinars
-Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewal dates and growth opportunities and translate into strategies for success
-Support the sales function during the renewal phase of existing customers
-Provide new customers with support during the data onboarding process and help them to structure their Customer Data Platform to meet their specific needs.
-Act as a trusted advisor to existing customers, helping them optimize their architecture and to benefit most from the platform
-Support customers' (and their media agencies) during the planning of their media strategy where data always plays a crucial role
-Encourage customers to try premium features to help them meet their business objectives (growing our revenues and client satisfaction/retention).
-Capture customer and market insights to inform product management in order to drive continuous improvement
-Notify process issues and challenges to the sales and product/tech functions.

Candidates for the Customer Success Manager / Account Manager / Account Handler - (Fluent Italian, Marketing Tech) role mush have:
-Fluent Italian and English
-Previous experience with a marketing tech SAAS product, or perhaps with a digital agency in a customer facing role where you help customers to use technical marketing products/platforms.
-Ideally experience in an agile fast paced or startup environment.

The Customer Success Manager / Account Manager / Account Handler - (Fluent Italian, Marketing Tech) role is home based with some UK and International travel (Covid permitting).
