Product Director - Scaling Consumer Tech business

We're partnering with a Series A Consumer Tech business with ambitious growth plans, looking to appoint a Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product to evolve and optimise their product processes and product vision. This is a role requiring prior experience of scaling a B2C digital business, taking it through Series B funding, optimisation of business processes and Product team growth.

You'll be joining a business with a disruptive Fintech proposition which will allow consumers to intuitively access and process personalised financial services.
This is an opportunity to build a product culture and team, developing the product strategy, building new products which solve age old problems in a traditionally unfair industry.

The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will be responsible for:
-Owning, developing, and delivering a killer product strategy for the organisation
-Working closely with the CEO to communicate a clear, mission driven vision for all stakeholders and users
-Delivering measurable impact across quarterly OKRs and KPIs
-Defining a product and organisational structure, slowly transitioning from start-up to scale up/established ways of working
-Being the customer champion in the team - no one knows their users better than you
-Leading, coaching and managing a high calibre product team of 4 (to start with)
-Partnering with the CTO, helping bridge the gap between tech and non-tech
-Help drive a value and customer driven culture across the business
-Driving overall product growth, being a key player in pitching for investment

The Product Director / VP Product / Head of Product will have:
-Operated and delivered successfully at Director/VP level within a start-up environment
-Scaled that start-up from Series A > C
-Lead and managed high performing teams, including hiring and developing senior level product managers
-Built and shipped high successful B2C products
-Have a solid technical background (or proof you have a strong technical understanding)
-Excellent leadership skills. You're a natural communicator and influencer, and people want to work for you
