Digital Marketing and Acquisition Specialist

Request is a 4 years old Swiss Foundation with a dozen team members in Europe, in Asia, and in the USA and with +35’000 followers on social media. We’re building an invoice technology to provide the most innovative invoicing experience.

Request Invoicing, our 8 month old product, is a crypto-friendly invoicing app on top of blockchain technology. At the moment, 80 businesses are creating and paying invoices in crypto currencies. Among them we count crypto organizations and freelancers.

• We’re inventing features to make sure the businesses have an incentive to behave fairly, such as the invoice payers’ reputation system.
• We aim at building an open system allowing our users to interact with the other projects we integrate.
• We’re moving towards a fully decentralized tool where all stakeholders have incentives for the product to be successful.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Acquisition Specialist, with demonstrated experience in digital marketing for tech startups, users community interactions and user acquisition.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform digital acquisition targeting freelancers
• Create content, including blog posts, pictures and videos, to support the evolutions of our products, keep users and potential customers aware
• Assist the Product Manager in defining the product branding and visual identity
• Coordinate the team so they write content reflecting our expertise and product strategy
• Ensure that all marketing collateral follows our branding guidelines
• Be the lead community point of contact
• Other responsibilities may include: organizing internal events and/or establishing key marketing benchmarks

• This role could lead into becoming the CMO of Request

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience within the invoicing industry with a strong knowledge of its acquisition channels
• Experience in a startup environment
• Knowledge of marketing trends and digital marketing techniques
• Basic knowledge of the blockchain industry; you stay up to date with the latest industry trends
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Well-organized with an attention to detail
• This role is autonomous; we count on you take ownership of the digital communication strategy and execution
• You know how to use Zapier (or equivalent) to automate your work, scraping public data does not scare you and you are used to finding "out-of-the-box" solutions to interesting challenges
• You are a native english speaker
