The role
The company is driven by its creative and marketing, employs some very talented people and, as Digital Optimisation Executive you will be working on their key website ensuring the usability, design, content is always on brand and delivering results. You will be looking at ways to develop the site and content development plans in line with the wider commercial and marketing plans and manage the day to day relationship with their external web agency ensuring clear direction and KPIs are adhered to.
You will work in tandem with the Head of Marketing and key members of the marketing team to deliver high-level and creative brand strategy campaigns to increase awareness and drive end-user sales. You will also be responsible for executing their SEO strategy to deliver effective results and will support with ongoing growth of digital paid media strategy, working with the customer experience team to develop their online review strategy and monitoring practices.
You will have the full support of a team of experienced marketers, whilst you build close links with stakeholders and other departments within the organisation. Needless to say, your key focus will be to instigate innovative marketing campaigns that will generate interest through a multi-channel strategy.
What we're looking for

For this reason, you will need a deep understanding of how to make the best use of integrated digital campaigns to drive attraction and provide the best consumer experience. You'll be personable and a genuine communicator who can galvanise and enthuse others around them by utilising your knowledge of the digital mix.
You will support the delivery of their ecommerce strategy working with the Digital Marketing Manager and IT teams to create high performing landing pages to support marketing campaigns and offers. You will also work with the Marketing Analyst to understand performance and identify improvements to conversion. For this matter, experience of using tools such as HotJar and HubSpot would be desirable.
As an individual, you'll be fanatical about all things digital and have experience across the full digital mix. You'll be naturally curious and results driven and confident in proposing new ideas and always thinking about new ways to grow a digital presence and improve online experience. Candidates who have at least two to three years' digital marketing experience in the property or lifestyle sectors will be of interest, however, your experience of harnessing the development of a successful brand through collaborative digital campaigns will carry equal weight.
