This charity is looking for a copywriter extraordinaire who can whip their words into shape.
You? A guru of persuasive prose, lucid words, and tantalising text. A determined yet sensitive interviewer who can get straight to the heart of a story. You’ll instinctively know what moves and inspires people about living with spinal cord injury. Your words will raise a cheer, shed a tear, or silence a room. And you’ll understand - and communicate - why all this matters.
Our client is the UK’s leading organisation for the 50,000 people paralysed by a spinal cord injury as well as the hundreds of thousands of people who are their families, friends and carers. A spinal cord injury is devastating, for you and your family; lives are torn apart, bodies broken, family life shattered. But with the right care and support, a fulfilled life is possible - and that’s what this charity does Many of them are spinal cord injured themselves, so they know what it’s like. With a been-there-done-that attitude, they help people rebuild their lives once again, providing the hope, confidence and practical skills to get home, back to work or take the children to school. They make the everyday achievable once again.
If your writing is full of passion and grit in equal measure, please click the apply button. You will be prompted to complete a simple CHM Recruit form and then redirected to the employer’s website where you can complete your application for this position.
If your copy is as exciting as they hope it will be, they’ll be on the phone straight away.
The closing date for completed applications is 5pm 24th February, and interviews will be held on the 2nd March 2021 either virtually or at Head Office, Milton Keynes.
No CVs and no agencies please.
