Digital Marketing Executive, Remote

Base salary £26,000 - £30,000 per year

The Role

• Working in a small, specialist marketing agency that serves the financial / investment industry. You will be working on a few key accounts - this will allow you to work autonomously to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns on just these accounts, taking a fulfilling level of ownership and responsibility
• You will be using a variety of digital skills daily - from organising content creation, creating webpages with a CMS, designing assets using Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator, working with client CRMs and more.
• This is a varied job role where you will be taking responsibility for the entire digital marketing function. You will be able to develop and execute your own ideas and develop diverse skills
• Reporting directly to the MD, you will be provided with training on all aspects but it is expected that applicants already have skills in all key areas

​Key Competencies

• Proficient using Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator for creating digital assets, experience using Wordpress and Elementor is essential, with basic knowledge of HTML / CSS preferred for making small adjustments. Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot CRM). Knowledge of Zapier / Integromat is advantageous. Knowledge of email marketing / email automation platforms (Customer.io preferred but not essential). The ability to quickly learn new digital software and tools is very important.

• Creative and self-starting with a technical mindset 

​Requirements …

• Own computer (mac preferred) for use in the first 3 months - a work device will be provided after the probation period
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator 
• Must have knowledge of Wordpress and Elementor (or a similar visual CMS)
• Ability to use basic HTML / CSS code 
• Ability is valued over previous experience

Process:

• First round selections will be based on CV / cover letter and your ability to meet all of the requirements above
• Second round will be a video interview followed by a technical assessment
