One of the largest online consumer gaming companies in the world consisting of multiple brands internationally and boasting over 25m customers has a newly created position for a Head of Marketing Technology to join their London based leadership team.

This brand is passionate about creating a fun, dynamic and fair environment for customers to enjoy a first-class online experience as well as building a corporate environment where employees thrive, develop and grow.

This role will be responsible for an audit of the existing marketing technology capabilities, identity areas that are underperforming and deliver global programmes to improve the use of the technology throughout the international marketing division.

The successful candidate will also be a key stakeholder advising the board of directors about new technology, and platforms the business will need to invest in to maintain its competitive edge in years to come. Once the technology is agreed upon, the role holder will be instrumental in rolling out the solution and being the internal advocate of its effective adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the short and long-term vision, strategy and roadmap for the MarTech ecosystem
  • Audit and evaluate the existing marketing technology solutions and its usage across brands and markets
  • Research, evaluate and recommend new MarTech systems and suppliers
  • Develop, identify and scope marketing automation and optimisation opportunities
  • Partner with marketing, tech and the experience departments to continue to invest and improve our integrations to enable the technology vision of marketing.
  • Own the implementation of new MarTech solutions

Person Specification

  • Thought leadership in MarTech with +5 years' experience of setting and driving MarTech strategy in a customer focused & revenue driven organisation
  • Has a holistic understanding of existing and upcoming MarTech solutions and platforms and how they connect into the broader marketing technology landscape
  • Proven knowledge and experience of working with key marketing technology tools and systems
  • Proven experience of translating and communicating accurate information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
