Job description:

My client is a medical membership body who provide educational resources, support and advice to their members, patients and relatives. They are seeking a membership system analyst to provide a source of expertise about alternate systems and upgrades to ensure optimisation and excellent member and donor management and experience. The system that they are currently using is iMIS, therefore someone who has previously worked on this system is highly sought after.

 

 

 



Profile description:

The role will provide an opportunity to develop a range of skills working both at strategic level advising senior management and Board on CRMs and IT infrastructure decisions for the Charity. It will also require the right person to be flexible enough working in a small team to also be responsible for transactional responsibilities such as data entry and processing requirements for the CRM database, as well as reporting and system development.  The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, plus an understanding of standard and new technologies.
This individual will:
• Be responsible for recording accurate information using all IT systems, CRM database, excel spreadsheets and databases. 
• Survey and diagnose database program issues, resolve user issues, and advise management about systems innovations to improve productivity.
• To be the main point of contact to lead on process development and systems management.
• To provide training for all staff for relevant systems.

• Ensure that all records are filed logically and are kept up to date.
• Work collaboratively to streamline processes for office administration to improve efficiency.
• Be responsible for leading discussions around web & digital product processes & technologies.
• To liaise with external parties providing outsourced services for the organisation and resolve any queries and provide any requested information
