Senior Marketing Manager
We are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s top FMCG companies and a destination employer, to support the appointment of a Senior Marketing Manager.
This is a brand new position in a fast paced FMCG business with ambitious growth targets, working on their best known/flagship brand.
Reporting into a Brand Director and with one direct report, you’ll be responsible for developing and delivering a communication and digital transformation strategy that takes into account the end to end consumer journey, developing world class communication assets, whilst also supporting in the long term strategic roadmap for innovation.
The role has a very strong emphasis on strategy and communications (80%) so the right candidate will come with bags of experience in planning and building strong creative campaigns across both traditional ATL, digital first campaigns and new emerging channels.
The business is very open to agency experience if you have worked on FMCG or B2C accounts. You would be responsible for the 3 year strategic plan, which also covers brand positioning, architecture and innovation strategy and transformation. If innovation has not been of a focus of your role up till now, but you’d like to get some experience in this area, the company will help develop your skill set in this area.
The role will be office based 2 days a week with flexibility to work from home or from London agencies for the other days of the week.
