This is a broad and varied role where you will be involved in taking incoming calls, booking training, assisting with online marketing, arranging training courses, collating paperwork for the trainers, inputting data and contributing to the running of the office. This role would suit someone who likes to be busy and enjoys handling multiple tasks.

A good telephone manner, able to use Word and Excel, previous office administration or marketing skills .
