E-Commerce / Digital Marketing Specialist
Your new company
A fantastic not-for-profit organisation with an international reputation for the incredible work that they do. Based in an iconic location in Wales but with the option to work remotely and travel to the office occasionally. You'll be joining an small but perfectly formed marketing and digital team. This is a B2C role where the customers are very engaged with the organisation and you'll have the opportunity to work with very exciting brands.
Your new role
You'll focus on two main areas in this role, one area is using the CRM to develop bespoke email marketing campaigns, planning, coordinating and analysing success. Your colleagues will support with the content and market segmentation for this aspect of the role. The second area you will focus on is the user experience / customer journey on the online sales aspect of the website. This is an organisation who only have digital sales and improving the purchase paths through the website is critical. In this aspect you'll work with a web developer to make improvements and will also organise A/B testing to determine the best approaches.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a digital marketer with experience in email campaigns and web analytics. You'll enjoy working with data and marketing technology in general. This role is well supported with a strong manager and team around you so it is an ideal role for someone who wants a great employer who will support their career development.
What you'll get in return
This is a hybrid working role, initially working from home but back in the office in the autumn on a flexible arrangement. 35 hours per week, 25 days annual leave. Salary up to £32k and a really nice work-life balance available.
